Stuart Shepherd, a New Zealand artist based in Raglan, is known for his paintings and drawings drawings. He has taught art at university and has been actively involved in researching and promoting outsider art in New Zealand. In the past, he has shared his findings with art dealers and curators both locally and internationally.
